Types of Massage:

Neuromuscular Massage
Neuromuscular massage therapy aims to alleviate chronic muscle and nervous system disorders. It is mainly used to fix trigger points, circulation, nerve compression, postural problems, and repetitive movement injuries. It too goes straight to the source of your pain to alleviate it.

Sports Massage

Sports massage is the more focused type of deep tissue massage. It includes firm pressure, focusing on muscles and connective tissue deep within the body as well as stretching. The session may be targeted to a specific area of the body

Medical Massage

Medical Massage is a type of therapeutic massage that is used to treat medical conditions, usually prescribed by a doctor, and is specific to each client. Helps to relieve medical conditions, ease pain and promote healing and improve range of motion. Can treat conditions such as carpal tunnel, migraines, sciatica, and soft tissue injury.

*CBD Oil Infused

Using CBD oils during a massage therapy treatment, combined the many health benefits of CBD and massage. CBD massage helps with deep relaxation, muscle, and fascia release, injury treatment, pain relief, skin hydration, and more. It reduces pain and inflammation while improving overall physical health and wellbeing. CBD massage is also great for people who suffer from sleep disorders.

Stress Massage

Stress massage is a gentle soothing massage that helps to reduce tension and stress. Its goal is to calm the mind and body. Can be full body or focused on the upper back, an area where most people carry stress-related tension.

*Deep Tissue

Deep Tissue massage focuses on going deeper into the layers of muscle. It releases chronic patterns of muscular tension by applying direct pressure across the grain of the muscle, tendons, and fascia. Helps to increase blood flow, stress relief, reduce chronic pain, and lower blood pressure.
